Compensation Director is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. Leads the compensation function and works with senior management to ensure that compensation strategy and programs support the organization's business objectives, meet all legal requirements, and deliver value and equitable pay. Being a Compensation Director develops compensation budget for assigned areas and manages budget after it is approved. Establishes data collection and analysis processes for market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. Additionally, Compensation Director may be responsible for entire organization or for one or more major segments of a larger organization. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compensation Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compensation Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.   • About the Role:

    We're seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to administer our online annual review and compensation initiatives across various business units, departments, and international regions. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries related to annual reviews and compensation, managing off-cycle adjustments including merit increases, promotions, and title updates, as well as conducting thorough compensation market research. Your expertise will also extend to developing job descriptions, and accurately preparing compensation reports.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Implement the company’s online annual performance review and compensation processes.
    • Prepare excel templates to import to online annual reviews and compensation systems.
    • Process off-cycle increases and communicate approvals to leaders and payroll managers.
    • Analyze salary increases in relation to established guidelines, policies, and practices.
    • Communicate best practices for annual performance reviews, compensation, and off-cycle increases.
    • Develop job descriptions and maintain an up-to-date library of descriptions.
    • Analyze compensation to determine appropriate salary levels for existing and proposed positions.
    • Participate in salary surveys, compensation market analyses, and audits.
    • Provide salary analysis to leaders.
    • Review and recommend revisions to company hiring ranges.
    • Provide performance management support aligned with HR policies and confidentiality practices.
    • Exercise unwavering discretion and confidentiality.
    • Process and maintain documentation relating to approved increases and promotions.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, English, Communication, or related field.
    • Four (4) years of experience in a human resources or benefits function.
    • Compensation or payroll experience preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills.
    • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members.
    • High-level diligence and accuracy in execution of work and tasks.
    • Proven independent sound decision making and critical thinking skills.
    • Initiative-taking, organized, responsive and professional.
    • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications, expertise using Microsoft Excel.
