    What You'll Do

    Client-facing project management role providing consulting services to clients of all sizes and industries who are seeking all types and levels of compensation solutions from market research and benchmarking support to the development of total compensation programs such as base pay, short-term bonus incentives, sales commissions and long-term (equity, cash, and or phantom equity) incentive plans.

      Review client organizational, financial and compensation data.
    • Participate and lead calls with clients from publicly traded, privately held, emerging start-ups and non-profit organizations.
    • Participate and (as appropriate) lead development and pricing of client project proposals.
    • Collaborate and lead project teams in developing total rewards strategies that enable clients to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
    • Develop executive profile background sketches for inclusion in clients' executive compensation studies.
    • Conduct market research to recommend organizations to be considered in the development of "peer groups" for NP and publicly traded company benchmarking studies.
    • Collaborate with senior consulting staff in preparing comprehensive, user-friendly competitive compensation benchmarking reports.
    • Partner with team members in the design of timely, customized short & long-term compensation programs.
    • Partner with team members in the design of progressive, "high touch" integrated performance development programs.
    • Participate in the development of "go-forward" considerations to help clients ensure that their compensation programs remain competitive, internally equitable and easy to communicate/understand.
    • Continue to deepen understanding of full scope of LTC's total service offerings; enhancing, as appropriate, to sustain reputation as a "best practice"/ customer intimate industry leader.
    • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

    You Should Have:
    • 1-2 year(s) experience working in compensation, benefits and/or HR
    • Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration/Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; technically savvy
    • High level of intellectual curiosity, coupled with strong understanding of business & financial acumen
    • Demonstrated understanding of/interest in staffing, career pathing, organizational design
    • Ability to analyze moderately complex business and financial data and develop solutions
    • Excellent planning, organization, and project management/leadership capabilities
    • Strong results orientation with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
    • Strong customer, quality, process, & detail orientation
    • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across departments/diverse cultures
    • Ability to be an effective member of complex project teams
    • Interest in, and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, progressive business environment
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment - remote or on site
