    If so, the Corporate Learning Department seeks a highly motivated, creative, and self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

    Under the supervision of the HR Manager, this position shall contribute to the success of State Fund by helping research, plan, and administer various HR initiatives to support Corporate Learning. You will play a key role in acquiring and maintaining vendor contracts, providing financial assistance and support related to tuition assistance programs, reviewing budgets/invoicing/reimbursements, crafting reports, conducting analyses, and making recommendations on behalf of the Corporate Learning leadership team.

    Desired Skills:
    • Familiarity with contracting process and the administration of financial assistance programs
    • Highly adept in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Zoom, and various apps/technology/software
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of following through and delivering quality results
    • Proven ability to assess and understand issues, interpret policies or data, and quickly identify the best possible solution(s)
    • Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and ability to gain consensus/cooperation of others
    • Superb interpersonal skills; collaborates with others through vision, prioritization, and detailed execution
    • Demonstrated ability to act independently while exercising sound judgment, flexibility, patience, tact, and diplomacy
    • Strategic mindset; organized and detail-oriented
    • Business acumen; commitment to continuous process improvement

    Special Requirements

    Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office. Expenses for Onboarding attendance would be paid by State Fund.
