Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking a few full time Community Relations Managers (Customer Service). We are an established company providing over 20 years of service.
Days are 8 hr shifts, with a 1-hour lunch, and there are some days when paid overtime is needed, roughly 0-3 hrs per week.
This is a remote working position. You will need to have a reliable computer, and 2-3 working monitors. We will provide phone and headset. You are responsible for anything else needed to do the job. Our system and VPN does not work with Satellite Internet. Must be a modern and typical broadband internet connection. We are interested in candidates that do not live in remote areas where power and internet problems maybe an issue.
We are offering to start at $16 per hour, with either 6 month or annual raises, depending on meeting criteria and performance reviews, monthly profit-sharing bonuses between $150-$500, $125 per month health insurance contribution for those that elect the group plan, and 3-6 weeks of paid time off!
The job mostly involves answering phones and getting calls over to other team members, fielding general customer service inquiries, assisting our clients and tutors with whatever questions they have, working to resolving problems customers may have when they call in.
Our office is very fast paced and so applicants must feel comfortable working remote from home, working with a team of persons in a solo environment. We are not a call center. We communicate with students/tutors that are interested in working with Grade Potential Tutoring.
