Job Description:

This is a per-diem position with flexible weekly hours.

YPO’s Pro Organizers use their experience and knowledge, combined with tested principles to create spaces and organizational systems that promote efficiency and give clients more time to enjoy their lives.

Our Pro Organizers also work with businesses where they are responsible for the overall efficiency of the office or other work environment. A well-designed plan from a good organizer can save a business a substantial amount of revenue.

Professional organizers plan everything; from more efficient handling of paperwork, to time management for individual employees, and room-by-room work flow designs.

We are seeking a Professional Organizer to join our team who will work with clients to develop personalized systems of organization within their home and/or workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Treat clients with compassion and enthusiasm towards their project
• Develop and physically create custom organization systems for our clients that promote efficiency and ease of use in their space
• Source products to help in the creation and maintenance of these systems
• Assist clients with online posting of items they would like to sell
• Assist with the removal of client donation items

Qualifications:

• Loves organizing!
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience organizing physical spaces (personally or professionally)
• Ability to perform physical tasks for up to an eight hour shift (standing, bending, moving light to moderately weighted boxes, climbing ladders, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to/from job site (counties we service: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade)
• Must be fully vaccinated (COVID)
• Must pass background check

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 32 per week
