Job Summary:
The Central WV Community Action, Inc. seeks a dynamic and talented Community Services Director to join its organization. The Community Services Director will lead a dedicated and motivated team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of grant-funded programs, including a well-utilized rural transportation program in Harrison County, WV. The new director must be a proponent of the agency’s mission and values and advocate for a high level of customer service as the agency administers case management services throughout the area. In addition, the Director will serve as a liaison to various community groups, funders, and guiding committees, working closely with the executive director to provide strategic direction as the program moves into the future. Community programs operate efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs, meet all compliance standards and best practices, provide accurate reporting, and meet operational needs.
Program staff is trained, supervised, and coached to support program success and personal development.
Positive partner relationships are developed and maintained to ensure strong coordination of services and reduce duplication of efforts.
Customer tracking systems are developed and managed; data is accurate and analyzed for trend identification, program evaluation, and recommendations.
Internal agency programs, policies, and processes are integrated to facilitate seamless customer service.
Assist with community needs assessment and national organization standards.
