Job Skills / RequirementsThe Community Engagement Specialist will meet the Migration and Refugee Services department’s volunteer and in-kind donation needs through targeted community outreach to groups such as Catholic parishes and the immigrant community. They will support volunteers from their introduction with the agency through the duration of their service period. The Community Engagement Specialist will also assist in the intake of in-kind donations. In addition, they will track community outreach and volunteer data for all relevant grants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree preferred.
1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with immigrant populations
