Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Overview

    We are looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative to prospect into leads and close business. Your role will be to contact those who have shown interest in attaining a WISP (Written Information Security Plan), run through a shortened sales cycle and complete the transaction for further technical development.

    To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reaching out to current prospects to schedule follow-up meetings to understand the intent of interest and need. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact until setting an appointment and closing the deal. This role will require you to run the entire sales process from first contact, selling solutions and then completing the transaction for hand-off to a technical implementation team.

    Responsibilities

    • Contact current prospects through cold calls and emails
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate add-on products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities for future upsell
    • Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
    • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

    Requirements

    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, FreshSales)
    • Experience with cadence software (e.g. SalesLoft)
    • Familiarity with Order Processing solutions (ChargeOver, QuickBooks Online)
    • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
