Community Development Representative implements the economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Establishes and maintains relationships with groups and organizations in the community to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated innovative Community Development Rep with strong relationship building and negotiation skills to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community outreach, provider education, and territory expansion in the healthcare sales and services field.


    While the organization is 100% remote with no in-office work expectations, this position will include frequent local travel within the assigned geographic territory.

    What you would be doing at Expressable
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders
    • Implement a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s unique clinical approach.
    • Manage provider accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives, etc.
    • Execute sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within the assigned region to meet targets
    • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of sales activities and account details.
    • Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts


    What you bring to Expressable
    • At least 3 years experience in healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical sales
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a geographically-distributed team
    • Competency in office productivity and collaboration tools such as MSOffice/Teams or Google Suite and Slack. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
    • Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout a geographic territory
    • As this is a fully remote position, you must have reliable internet connectivity.
