Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service
• Answer member inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist members with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Resolve member complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct member account reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Process loan applications and provide guidance on loan options and terms
• Educate members on financial literacy and assist with financial planning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
