Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Lewes, DE. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of community associations, ensuring efficient operations, financial stability, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of community associations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or other industry certifications (preferred).
