The candidate will help support our television and telephone programs in the hospital by providing front-line service to patients and staff.
The successful candidate will:- Provide support to our customers, who include patients and hospital staff, to ensure the services we provide in the hospital meet or exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services.
- Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
- Replace defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones).
- Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.
Skills/Qualifications:- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
Physical/Health Requirements:- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
Locations and Shifts:
NYP Hudson Valley Medical Center: 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Shift: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
