- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services
- Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
- Replace small defective equipment as needed (pillow speakers, phones)
- Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records
Skills/Qualifications:- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
Physical/Health Requirements:- Must be able to lift 25lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings
- Must be COVID 19 vaccinated
