    We are seeking a Procurement Manager, who will report to the CFO.

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Procurement Manager is a newly created role responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and vendor management for hardware, software, consulting and other services while collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to assist with negotiating contractual agreements, acquiring necessary governance level approvals and performing business reviews. There is a specific focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management and executing cost reduction programs. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes while building and maintaining strategic relationships with key vendors.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors to ensure the highest level of service and value for the organization.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines.
    • Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular vendor evaluations, and address any performance issues.
    • Continuously evaluate market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance procurement strategies.

    Procurement Process Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, selection, ordering, and contract management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
    • Streamline and automate procurement processes wherever possible to increase efficiency and accuracy, leveraging NetSuite ERP

    Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Ownership:

    • Take ownership of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, from requisition to payment.
    • Implement and enhance P2P processes, systems, and controls to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to ensure seamless P2P integration and accurate financial reconciliation.

    Inventory Control:

    • Implement and maintain effective inventory control practices to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
    • Develop and execute inventory management strategies, including demand forecasting, safety stock calculations, and replenishment processes.
    • Monitor inventory turnover rates, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and take proactive measures to mitigate excess stock.

    Budget management and spearheading Cost Reduction Initiatives:

    • Identify, develop and execute cost reduction strategies while maintaining product/service quality and supplier relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate competitive pricing, and optimize supplier agreements.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction projects and track their impact on the organization's bottom line.
    • Work closely with the Financial Controller to develop and manage the procurement budget.
    • Monitor and report on procurement expenses, identifying areas for cost control and improvement.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. CPSM/CPM certification or MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (3 years) or in a similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, negotiation techniques, and inventory control.
    • Highly process orientated.
    • A high aptitude for understanding the technical components purchased, along with high curiosity of how those purchasing decisions tie back to increasing profit
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP/similar tools
    • Advanced understanding of Excel, Word and Financial Modeling
    • Ability to work independently, and partner across the wider business in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to transparency and integrity.
    • B2B experience in telecommunications or internet services(Strongly preferred )

    DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
