The Corporate Communications Manager for System Health Solutions is responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication to team members, supporting the IU Health vision, mission, and strategy, and reflect our values.
Enhances our team members' experience with the organization by providing stories, information and updates that improves their experience at IU Health, and deepens their connection to the organization, their team, and their individual potential.
Develops the corporate communications strategy for the System Health Solutions, a retail-oriented business unit committed to increase access and affordability for IU Health high quality care, identifying and maintaining the channels, messaging, and approach to reach team members. Serves as a partner, consultant, and resource for the area leadership team. Develops and nurtures relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and contributors. Helps to increase engagement, improve executive visibility, and foster community across teams through thoughtful, innovative, and strategic communications initiatives.

The role involves managing two direct reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience, including experience working in corporate communications, PR or Social Media.
• Requires proven experience at identifying business needs and developing multi-channel communications campaigns.
• Requires knowledge of analytics and publishing tools, content, visual management systems, and best in class customer service practices.
• Requires knowledge of written, video, and photo content development and maximization.
