Physical Requirements:
Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment in the inventory cycle. Responsible for the daily management of people within the warehouse shipping function, to ensure company’s targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements while ensuring staff comply with health safety and standard operating procedures. This is a hands-on position responsible for housekeeping standards and continual improvement within the warehouse to act independently at the organizational level and to provide backup for the Production Supervisor.
