Communications Editor Manager manages a staff of editors who write, prepare, and review content to be used in company publications. Develops, implements, and maintains editorial policies and standards and ensures conformance. Being a Communications Editor Manager reviews the team's work product and gives final approval. Acts as advisor to editing team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Communications Editor Manager oversees the coordination of production and distribution activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Communications Editor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Communications Editor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities

- Serves as the main point of contact between locations within the assigned region and corporate leadership
- Tracks regional performance and provides reports to management.
- Evaluates new business opportunities and recommends services to Senior Management.
- Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management.
- Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems.
Requirements
Education and Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit
• Ability to use hands to handle or feet •
Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs ITG Communications 2

- Ability to drive covered vehicle
