JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures the MDM Engineer will act as the subject matter expert for our enterprise MDM environment. This position is responsible for developing configuration policies, provisioning and maintenance of all endpoints. The position will also be responsible for maintaining the health and functioning of the MDM platform and will be the point person for complex technical issues with stakeholders such as end users, operators, service desk, and third-party support providers. Incumbent will be responsible for devices critical for GBMC workflow and clinical care. Must be able to participate in after hours on-call rotation.
