Coldwell Banker Home Source seeking a creative Videographer/Editor who can conduct video production from start to finish. Responsible for brainstorming, storyboarding, scripting, scheduling, shooting, and editing. Production of high quality videos, both formal and informal, for website and social media content. The Videographer/Editor will work in collaboration with the Marketing and Social media teams to bring the marketing strategy and creative ideas to life by producing a wide range of content.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
· Video content creation, drawing inspiration from the residential and commercial property listings, agent insights on real estate market and market trends, community events, company events.
· Video storyboarding, scripting, shooting and editing
· Deliver a wide range of video types from property commercials, agent marketing, company marketing, interviews, testimonials and training tutorials.
· A quick turnaround in production is crucial. Fast paced with 7 locations and over 150 agents.
Desirable Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 year of professional or freelance experience
· Extremely organized, juggle multiple projects and able to keep to a set schedule
· Strategic planner, able to compose and communicate a plan before executing
· Quick relationship builder with people
· Works well on a team
· Receptive to input and collaboration from colleagues
· Good at taking initiative and executing new ideas
· Requires little direct supervision; able to make decisions and problem solve effectively
· Ability to stay on track in a bustling team office and sense of urgency in completing projects
· Experience in Final Pro Cut, UMPlayer, Photoshop Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.
Equipment Expectations:
Studio & videography equipment is provided; studio & in the field microphones, studio lighting, tripod, teleprompter, Osmo, and drone and video camera capable of high quality video footage and more.
SPECIAL JOB DIMENSIONS:
Position requires infrequent local travel (25% of the time), with company vehicle.
