The Dyer Partnership is looking for a Technical Editor to join our offices. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Proofreads, edits and formats documents to meet company standards.
- Prepares proposals.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and interactive support to engineering staff for engineering documents.
- Ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation in a timely manner.
- Handle multiple demands and rapidly changing priorities while working both independently and in a team environment.
- Interacts thoughtfully and courteously with clients, coworkers, and other staff.
- Advanced writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Prepare bidding documents including front ends and contract documents.
- Provide requested documents to funding agencies as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in work.
- Performs duties as assigned.
The position requires a self-motivated, talented, dependable, detail-oriented, dedicated Technical Editor who is able to multitask in a casual office environment that promotes both personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a Technical Editor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent in Windows Operation System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work and communicate successfully in a team environment.
- Quality and accuracy shall be maintained in all work.
- All other tasks required to provide excellent service to clients and employees.
- Helping to ensure the success and growth of the company.
- Integrity and ability to exercise good judgement.
