We are seeking a creative and experienced Head of YouTube Content to lead our content creation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and optimization of video content for our YouTube channel, and editing shorter clips for other Social Media platforms.
Our goal is to create a day in the life educational and entertaining vlog on how we train dogs, teach them to be well behaved on and off leash.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a content strategy to drive engagement and growth on the YouTube platform.
- Lead a team of content creators, editors, and producers to ensure high-quality video production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with brand objectives and audience preferences.
- Manage the end-to-end production process from ideation to post-production.
- Optimize videos for SEO and audience retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video content creation.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in video production, post-production, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent skills in photo editing, photography, and photo manipulation.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating engaging content for YouTube or other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Bridge, premier or similar asset management tools.
