As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and leading a team of dedicated warehouse associates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient order fulfillment.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to drive productivity and maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to coordinate inventory and streamline operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and generate reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Train and develop warehouse associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to promote growth and performance excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• A strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
