Store Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Handle cash handling duties, including cash register operations, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
