What You Need:
• Valid driver’s license
• No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yrs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects
• Ability to work in a crouched or standing position for extended periods
• 3-5 years related work experience a plus
• 6 months commercial tire experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
• Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires/wheels
• Services calls as scheduled by the service manager
• Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
• Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle – daily inspection, oil changes, etc.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up and organization
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
*Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night/weekend service commission. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call programs.
