Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Being a Commercial Tire Store Manager Assistant manages the tire center in absence of the manager. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Commercial Tire Store Manager Assistant typically reports to a store manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.
