Commercial Tire Store Manager Assistant assists the store manager with the day-to-day operations of a commercial tire store/center. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Being a Commercial Tire Store Manager Assistant manages the tire center in absence of the manager. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Commercial Tire Store Manager Assistant typically reports to a store manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager. The candidate must have a managerial skillset with the ability to lead and direct other employees. Must have a proven track record with the ability to deal with all aspects of customer service.
We are requiring an automotive background with some type of sales.
Must be familiar with the Goodyear product line. Definitely need a team player who can work a flexible schedule when needed. The typical work week consists of a 45 hour week and we are closed on Sundays.
