Commercial Tire Sales Representative develops new prospects and interacts with existing commercial tire customers to increase sales of products and/or services. Evaluates customer needs and makes product recommendations. Being a Commercial Tire Sales Representative develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of products and/or services in order to provide accurate information to customers. Meets established sales goals. Additionally, Commercial Tire Sales Representative may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Commercial Tire Sales Representative typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     In this role,you will beresponsible for building relationships with recognized experts, HCPs and prioritized stakeholders in the therapeutic area.You will:

    • Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales
    • Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
    • Plan andorganize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
    • Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of product(s) to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals
    • Develop a complete understanding of the health care delivery system within each assigned customer, including the physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, clinical nursing staff, etc.

    Essential Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree
    • 2 years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
    • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
    • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

    • Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication
    • Proven track record of success in exceeding results
    • Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills
