Job Description:

As a Commercial Truck Tire Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our commercial truck tire brand in the City of Industry/Los Angeles Area. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors, shops, fleets, and other potential customers. This is a commission-based position, and your earning potential will be determined by your sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Establish dealer network in California by visiting and connecting with local dealer shops and stores.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to meet client expectations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the trucking industry or related field is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, strong on negotiation, have prior experience setting up dealer accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with commercial truck tires and their applications will be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team.
• A reliable means of transportation for local travel to meet clients in person.

Compensation:

The commission rate will be based on the sales performance, and the earning potential is uncapped. The more you sell, the higher your income potential.
