Commercial Real Estate Manager jobs in Norwalk, CA

• Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions
• Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
• Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
• Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details

• Create and follow templated social media posts for broker on platforms such as Instagram and Youtube
• Run and maintain advertising for brokerage and listings on various platforms

• Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
• High school diploma required
• Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
