Spaces Commercial Real Estate (www.spacescre.com), a leading full service boutique commercial real estate firm, focused on providing custom office space solutions for clients, is looking for an entry level Salesperson to expand its growing team. The successful candidate(s) will work directly with and report to the firm’s principal to learn the industry and gain hands on experience working with clients.

Core responsibilities will include prospecting for new business, researching the market, and servicing existing clients.

This is a commission only position where your income is directly correlated to the amount of time and effort you put in. Believe in yourself!

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Ability to confront and overcome challenges and obstacles

Real estate license is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have completed the NJ licensing course and passed the exam. We will assist in obtaining a license for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,432.00 - $188,348.00 per year
