    Office Manager/ Administrative Professional - Full-time in office position

    Our company is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in the management, leasing, and sales of RETAIL shopping centers. You will help facilitate all three of these areas of our business!

    If you are career-minded, detail-oriented, and motivated, you will have opportunities to advance your skills, experiences, and responsibilities in this position.

    Responsibilities:

    · Help draft correspondences, Leases, contracts, marketing brochures, and other documents using Microsoft 365 applications, Buildout, and Adobe.

    · Assist property managers in updating tenant records and filing requested work orders.

    · Assist accounting department in receiving monthly rent payments and updating monthly reports.

    · Answer incoming calls professionally and effectively communicate using a multi-line phone system.

    · General office duties include, but are not limited to; data entry, printing, filing, updating company website, and handling office supply inventory/orders.

    · Be able to assist clients and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.

    · Request and update tenant and vendor insurance certificates.

    · Manage CRM database on a monthly basis.

    · Assist agents with various leasing documents and internal tracking.

    · Create and organize tenant file folders.

    Requirements:

    · Excellent written, and oral communication skills

    · Professional, positive, and proactive phone etiquette

    · Previous office and customer service experience is a plus

    · Proficiency with current Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    · Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat

    · Possess excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to multi-task

    · Ability to focus and prioritize in an open work environment

    · Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

    · Able to switch attention quickly as priorities change

    · Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful, but not mandatory.

    · Professional appearance

    · Real Estate/leasing experience is a plus

    Location: Dallas (LBJ/Abrams) Compensation: $48,000-55,000/year, plus health insurance

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.78 - $25.03 per hour
