Commercial Real Estate Manager manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Being a Commercial Real Estate Manager works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Real Estate Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.      Requirements 

    • Associates or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Relationship builder
    • Real estate license (pending ok)
    • Sales experience (preferred)

     Compensation
