    Directly assist Owner/Broker of a well-established commercial real estate brokerage company:

    • Monitor and manage clients, listings and contracts in a fast paced environment
    • Correspond directly on behalf of broker as directed
    • Communicate in an efficient, concise manner
    • Oversee and maintain updated and accurate databases
    • Schedule client outreach based on lease expirations
    • Assist with regular prospect reports for client
    • Conduct diligent and regular research of market activity
    • Develop and coordinate system to track tours and activity on properties
    • Assist with online postings of listings on LoopNet, CoStar, company website, etc.
    • Schedule, oversee, track & report on marketing activities
    • Identify follow-up opportunities from marketing activities and respond as instructed by broker
    • Devise an organized schedule for marketing
    • Manage/oversee multiple projects, coordinating with staff of brokerage company
    • General office support and projects as assigned

    Experience/Education Required

    • Minimum of two years Executive Administrative Assistant experience preferred
    • Work experience in Real Estate environment
    • Degree in business or other related field of study
    • Licensed in Texas Real Estate

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 8 per week
