Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Develoment Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate investment operations in varying capacities. This is a key support role that requires strong communication skills, knowledge of real estate, and excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all real estate operations, including property management, sales, investor relations, and administrative tasks

- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize property value and profitability

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans and strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of the company

- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed

- Monitor rental payments, lease renewals, and tenant relations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field (preferred)

- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

- Proven experience in real estate, marketing, or related roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks

- Customer service-oriented mindset
