Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Developer seeks a full charge bookkeeper (full time)
Duties

• Enter all new bills and prepare them for a weekly check run.
• Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up to date manner.
• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments using QuickBooks.
• Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Perform payroll and submit payroll taxes.
• Perform Common Area (CAM) Reconciliation
• Assist the Controller in closing the books.
• Assist the CPA in acquiring data needed for tax returns preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years’ experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Real estate accounting experience is a plus
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
