Commercial Real Estate Manager manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Being a Commercial Real Estate Manager works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Real Estate Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries and requests, including answering questions, updating databases, and providing timely follow-up.
- Process sales contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and projections by utilizing databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients and potential investors.
- Attention to detail is a required core competency and will be tested prior to hiring.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow detailed instructions, and document updates to workflows.
- Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and general technology competency.
Qualifications- Real estate industry experience
- CRM (customer relationship management) experience
- Real estate administrative experience
- Microsoft Office skills (as determined by an assessment)
