$70,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Oversee the entire process from listing properties to closing deals to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process in Ocala, FL, US.
• Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences when it comes to finding a suitable home, then locate properties that meet their criteria.
• Consistently follow up on leads to maintain a steady sales pipeline growth.
• Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a quick and smooth closing process.
• Actively engage in prospecting activities to generate new business and nurture leads for sales expansion.
• Stay informed on the local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries about potential properties and the community.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred in the Real Estate Sales industry in Ocala, FL, US.
• Effective communication skills are vital for interactions with clients and colleagues.
• We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can steer their own success in this position.
• Collaboration and teamwork are essential for working with other agents and support staff.
• A strong willingness to expand knowledge and skills in the real estate market is a fundamental requirement.
