We are seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the KW Commercial team in Yorba Linda, CA. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to help support a wide range of real estate transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing commercial real estate transactions. You will have a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn the ins and outs of the commercial real estate industry. Our salary for this role ranges between $45,000 - $60,000 annually. • Manage customer inquiries and requests, including answering questions, updating databases, and providing timely follow-up.
• Process sales contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and projections by utilizing databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients and potential investors.
• Attention to detail is a required core competency and will be tested prior to hiring.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow detailed instructions, and document updates to workflows.
• Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and general technology competency.

• Real estate industry experience
• CRM (customer relationship management) experience
• Real estate administrative experience
• Microsoft Office skills (as determined by an assessment)
