Responsibilities:
-COLD CALLING
- Assist clients in buying and selling commercial apartment buildings.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct property showings to potential buyers
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their real estate needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and property values
- Market properties through various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of CA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate and advocate for clients' best interests
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
