Our current portfolio consists of power centers and lifestyle centers located in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Major Responsibilities

· Contract Negotiations

· Oversee property upgrades

· Coordinate numerous department operations

· Identify and mitigate operational risks

· Assist with budgeting and expenses

· Develop and implement operational procedures

· Monitor and maintain quality standards

· Database Management

Other requirements for the Operations Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 3-5 years experience in an Operations Manager role or similar

· Construction industry a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

· Great verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
