  • Before I tell you who I am, let’s talk about you. Are YOU a talented salesperson with a proven track record of closing success? You’re regularly complimented on your ability to influence people to make good buying decisions.
But you’re not *just* a closer. No, no - you actually care a great deal about seeing your clients get the results they want. You enjoy the thrill of seeing two or three deals close in one day. (Happens all the time around our office.)

And you like getting hugs at closing as much as you like the commission checks. Does this sound like you so far?
Here’s what else I know about you - *if* you’re the person I’m looking for: You have a sense of urgency; sometimes you get accused of being a tiny bit impatient. (So do I.) Paperwork might not be your favorite thing to do. (Same here. It’s OK. We have plenty of help with that.) And you’re known for being a little competitive. Nothing motivates you like someone saying you *can’t* do something. (Guilty as charged.)

If this describes you, then we’re a lot alike. My name is Lonnie Bush. If you’re in the Hampton Roads area, it's highly likely you’ve heard my radio ads and seen our billboards, TV commercials, etc. But I’m missing a piece.
See, all those radio/TV/billboard ads produce a LOT of inbound phone calls. Our agents are doing their best to keep up with all of these folks who are asking for consultations, but our amazing agents are running out of space on their calendars.

Their jobs entail going from one excited client appointment to another, helping homeowners, and future homeowners, determine which of our innovative programs would work best for their goals, and following up with clients who are in the process of searching for a home, or are already working their way towards closing.

Not only do our agents get to be the ‘superheroes’ of Coastal Virginia real estate, making one client happy after another, but they also enjoy the perks of a stellar support staff, strong mentorship program, outstanding culture, and a forward-thinking, agent-run, team.

Not to mention the opportunities for growth and leadership positions that come up - for those who want more one day. I tried but I can’t fit it all here. And let’s be clear about something - I don’t want your money. If you like the idea of paying upfront fees, monthly fees, and endless ‘gotcha’ charges on your paycheck - well, that describes about every other shop in town so knock yourself out.

I bring the leads, the know-how and the wallet. You bring the hustle. If this sounds like you, we should get to know each other. Here are a few of the requirements I’m looking for: If you have questions about them, just reply to the post and we’ll get you answers.

And here’s my promise to you. If I don’t think the opportunity is a match for your gifts, I’ll shoot you straight. If I know a broker with an opportunity that’s more of a home run for you, I’ll call them right there and introduce you. (Ask around, I’ve done it before.)

So there it is. Ball is in your court now. Let’s talk.
