The Real Estate Coordinator/Paralegal will assist the executive management team by providing clerical support including but not limited to document preparation and review; research, fact checking, filing, and executive assistant support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meets with President and executive management to discuss ongoing/pending projects.
• Drafts legal documents, including without limitation, routine real estate and corporate documents, affidavits, etc.
• Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; may provide written analysis.
• Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items.
• Assists executive management with litigation preparation, which may include attending depositions, mediations, trials, and hearings.
• Develops and maintains files.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Some related experience preferred.
• Juris Doctorate (or pursuit thereof), strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
