Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Compensation:$100,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Technology driven
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekend
