Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer jobs in Pasadena, TX
Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking experience loan professionals with an instructional background to teach loan origination courses at our Houston campus locations. This position requires the instructor to lecture and review the required course curriculum with students. The instructor will help to build knowledge and assess the overall class performance through homework and exams.
