• Searching for currently licensed agents, or individuals currently enrolled in real estate classes
• Someone who has excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to use amazing and proven systems
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and purchase process
• Honesty and integrity are essential
• Proficient in basic software and technology with a willingness to learn new systems
