Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers.
