Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer coordinates with credit analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan analysis and documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. - We’re looking to add photographers/sales professionals to our team in Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach County, FL. We offer flexible schedules and training with experienced photographers using our proven systems.
- Must be driven and have excellent customer service/people skills.
- We are looking for someone who has photography experience, a high level of energy and a passion for making money selling our services and capturing media for properties.
- As a Pinnacle Partner (an independent contractor 1099), you can create your schedule and work independently while collaborating with our entire awesome Pinnacle Team.
- We are seeking individuals interested in earning between $10,000 and $100,000 annually availability and interest in gaining new clients.
- You will be responsible for capturing media and selling additional services to our clients.
- You are encouraged to seek out and offer our services to new clients increasing your weekly appointment count as a result.
- You will be paid minimum wage and commission based on the number of properties and clients you’re servicing. Pay is based on a percentage of service completed for clients during each appointment booked and and how many properties you capture.
If you have experience as a Real Estate Photographer working for a different company, you will need to provide services exclusively for Pinnacle and be required to sign a noncompete and nondisclosure agreement

You need the following to be successful:- Meet the equipment requirements below or are willing to lease equipment directly from our company.
- Ability to complete Aerial Drone Certification (Part 107) and Pass Test.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Available a minimum of 2-3 days a week (Sunday - Saturday).
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Own a current and legal driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to meet new clients and capture properties.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
- Have a lot of energy and a passion for capturing just the right images to help clients sell, rent, and lease their properties.
- Be excited about the opportunity to join the best network of real estate media creators.
- A desire to earn between $10,000 part-time and up to $100,000 annually when doing this full-time.
Certification Requirements:- Complete one-on-one hands-on and Video Based Real Estate Photography Training resulting in our Real Estate Photography Certification
- Complete one-on-one hands-on and Video Based Matterport and 3D Tour Training resulting in our 3D Tour Certification
- Complete one-on-one hands-on and Video Based Cinematic Video Training resulting in our Cinematic Video Certification
- Ability to complete Video Based Aerial Drone Certification (Part 107) and Pass the Test
- Complete one-on-one hands-on and Video Based Aerial Drone Photography & Videography Training resulting in our Aerial Drone Photography & Videography Certification
