Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate process
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting commercial properties
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values
- Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring their best interests are represented
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents
- Coordinate property showings and marketing plans
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Communicate with Investors and Ownership about property performance
- Utilize effective communication skills to build relationships with clients and provide regular updates
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge of real estate transactions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
