Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor/Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, helping clients achieve their real estate goals. You will have office work and be on site at various properties to show space and oversee various projects. This role will be a liason between ownership and property managers, along with marketing team members.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate process

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting commercial properties

- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values

- Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring their best interests are represented

- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents

- Coordinate property showings and marketing plans

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

- Communicate with Investors and Ownership about property performance

- Utilize effective communication skills to build relationships with clients and provide regular updates

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

- Knowledge of real estate transactions

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,053.00 - $125,000.00 per year
