Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer jobs in Coachella, CA
Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer solicits, structures, and services a variety of commercial real estate loans. Works mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer evaluates loan applicants and reviews appraisals, credit reports, and other information necessary to evaluate deals. Develops and maintains relationships and communication with current and potential borrowers. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
