We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to develop new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. $95,000 at plan earnings

• Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
• Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
• Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
• Determine appropriate pricing and loan structure
• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
• Coordinate with different parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
• Establish relationships with loan brokers

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required
• Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio
• Experience in construction loans preferred
• Ability to analyze financial information
• Strong credit analysis and accounting background
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong client relations skills
